Kelvin Chng


Over his 14 years of professional career, Kelvin has helmed and led multiple successful investment firms, building an impressive portfolio of assets that all share one common trait – each of these companies have found great success since his involvement – a testament to his keen eye for potential and his ability to streamline operations and steer them towards success.

Kelvin is also a keen philanthropist who has contributed greatly to the cause of many charitable organisations and was appointed a Patron of the Pasir Ris Central Citizen’s Consultative Committee (CCC) in 2020 for his philanthropy work and services to the community.

Ong Chee Keong (PBM)


Chee Keong comes with 17 years of corporate experience with 12 years in the banking industry. Prior to his appointment as CEO of Singapore Global Trust, he was Managing Director of Helicap Investments Pte Ltd, a licensed Capital Market Services (CMS) fund management company. He has also served as corporate advisor to Soma Group, a Cambodian Conglomerate and to 33 Capital Pte Ltd, a Singapore based private equity firm.

Chee Keong holds a Master Degree in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, NUS and did his executive program at MIT Sloan. As an active community leader in Singapore since 2008, he is serving and holds office on various grassroots organization. For his service and contribution to the community, he was conferred the Public Service Medal by the President of the Republic of Singapore in 2020.

Zheng Wei, John


Wei Zheng has been the forerunner in the philanthropy advisory and impact investing field in Asia. He is the Co-founder and director of Alliance For Good in Singapore. He is also the chairperson of the board of Philanthropy Leaders Foundation in the U.S., an Asia Pacific Leader of Obama Foundation founded by the former U.S. President Barack Obama, and the philanthropy advisor to China Children and Teenagers Foundation, the oldest foundation in China championed by China’s First Lady Madame Peng. He has over 13 years of experience in philanthropic advisory and impact investing, working a number of leading families across Asia, U.S. and Europe.



Amy has over 15 years of working experience in wealth management and wealth planning, serving high net-worth clients from Southeast Asia and the Greater China region. She has worked with many prestigious Asian families on their succession planning and prominent Chinese families on their cross-border wealth planning. Amy is familiar with many trust jurisdictions including Hong Kong, Singapore, the British Virgin Islands and Jersey, as well as the set up of Singapore family offices and charitable trusts. Amy graduated from King’s College London and later obtained a Masters in Law LLM. She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Don Tan


Don Tan is the Vice President of Business Development at Singapore Global Trust.

He oversees all aspects of SGT’s strategic development in the Asia Pacific, including client delivery, commercial and product strategy. Don leads the teams in Singapore, China and Hong Kong to develop our staff and ensure quality for our clients. Don has a proved track record of business improvement having successfully operated in several international organisations. Most recently, Don was a Director at Frontier Global, where he oversaw day-to-day operations within the company, develop long term business strategy as well as trained and developed the company’s trading team.

Rick Tay


Rick is the Head of Risk & Compliance of Singapore Global Trust and is responsible for ensuring that the company is conducting its business in compliance with all national and international laws and regulations pertaining to the trust business.

Rick graduated with a bachelor degree in Economics and Finance and has since worked in both the Trust and Insurance industry prior to joining Singapore Global Trust. He is also a holder of the Advanced Certificate in Governance, Risk & Compliance(IBF Accredited) conducted by the International Compliance Association.

Ong Yeow Hua


Yeow Hua has years of experience as a finance professional in various industries. He launched his career in external audit in the financial services sector, before moving to commercial deal shaping and financial modelling in a technology firm. From there, he transitioned to the FinTech sector, where he built and oversaw the finance and operations functions for an early-stage startup. In his most recent role, he was responsible for strategic finance and business development in a listed company. Yeow Hua graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accountancy), First Class Honours. He is a CFA, CA (Singapore), FRM and CAIA charterholder.
