Payment
Net fees are the course fee amounts payable by applicants (i.e. company sponsors or self sponsors) after eligible government funding. Net fees (including GST if applicable) must be fully paid upon course registration and 7 calendar days before course start date. Course confirmation is only upon receiving full payment of the net fees. In the event that the government does not disburse or recover the funding for whatever reasons, the applicants are required to pay the full course fees.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
All withdrawal and fund request must be made in writing to trg@sgtrust.com. All requests will be subjected to approval by the Management.
90% of the published course fees may be refunded if the written notice of withdrawal is received before the refund cut-off date. The refund cut-off-date is 21 calendar days before the course start date. There will be no refund for written notice of withdrawal is received after this refund cut-off date. Full published course fees are still payable for all other circumstances (e.g. late notice, no show, not able to complete the training).
Privacy Policy
The collection, usage, disclosure, transfer and retention of any personal information is necessary for lawful purpose such as for the submissions to government, including IBF/SSG for enrolment, funding and TRAQOM (Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement). We shall manage all personal information in compliance to PDPA and to keep the information strictly confidential. We shall only use information as is referred to herein in connection with, and not to misuse it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Cancellation Policy
The Management reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course due to unforeseen circumstances.
